PH&C works with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) as a consultant to Booz Allen Hamilton. The role is project management oversight on FTA projects around the country. The assignment includes checking that government grant funds, including American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds, are used for their grant purposes and in accordance with federal regulations and standard industry practice. PH&C provides the person on the ground and the expertise on transit projects.
